Mega Zeraora Revealed for Pokémon Legends: Z-A in Upcoming Mega Dimension DLC
The Pokémon Company has officially revealed Mega Zeraora, a new Mega-Evolved form of the Mythical Pokémon Zeraora, set to appear in the Mega Dimension DLC for Pokémon Legends: Z-A. The reveal came with a new trailer showcasing the Electric-type's upgraded appearance and abilities. The DLC is scheduled to launch on December 10.
A First Look at Mega Zeraora
According to official details, Mega Zeraora stores electric energy equal to ten bolts of lightning. Energy-concentrated protrusions on its forehead, chest, back, and hands emit a pale blue glow, highlighting the heightened power contained within its body.
The trailer notes that Mega Evolution removes the limiter that normally regulates Zeraora's electricity, allowing it to release significantly stronger attacks.
Exclusive to Mega Dimension
Mega Zeraora will only be available in Mega Dimension, the new DLC content designed as an advanced challenge for players who have completed the main game.
While specific encounter details have not yet been announced, the official description hints that obtaining Mega Zeraora "may be a little difficult," suggesting that players should expect higher-level battles or special conditions within the DLC.
Mega Dimension introduces expanded level ranges, with trailer footage showing Pokémon reaching Level 164. The mode also features temporary level-boosting items and a more demanding gameplay structure compared to the base game.
