A Large Numbers Of Pokemon Appear In various Stage, Creating A Celebratory Atmosphere!
In celebration of the launch of The Indigo Disk, the 4th Mass Outbreak event featured Flabébé, Litwick and Milcery, who could each be encountered in one of the games 3 regions. The event caused Flabébé to appear in Mass Outbreaks across Paldea while Litwick could be found in Mass Outbreaks in Kitakami. Milcery appeared in Mass Outbreaks in the Terarium.
Additionally, the Pokémon that appeared had a flat 0.5% bonus chance to be Shiny. This 0.5% bonus was applied separately to conditions that affect Shiny chance, such as Shiny Power from Sandwiches or the Shiny Charm.
