The new season of Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet Ranked Battles has begun! This is a great time to get deep into the action, test your trainer skills in head-to-head battles with players from around the world, climb the global leaderboards, and earn useful in-game rewards.

Eligible Pokémon
Eligible Pokémon for Ranked Battles Season 3 include Paldea Pokédex No.001–392, 397, and 398. Pokémon not in the Paldea Pokédex and Legendary Pokémon are not allowed.

Season 3 Rewards
Before combat, you'll be matched with players of similar rank to ensure a fair play. The higher the level you complete, the better your in-game rewards after the season ends. Season 3 rewards include the following:

How to Start a Ranked Battle
To start a Ranked Battle, follow these steps:

Launch your Pokémon Scarlet or Pokémon Violet game.

Open the X menu.
Select Poké Portal.
Select Battle Stadium.
Select Ranked Battles.

How to get in-game rewards
During Season 3, you'll need to complete at least one race and win or lose to be eligible for rewards at the end of the season. To claim in-game rewards, follow these steps:

When the season is over, fire up your Pokémon Scarlet or Pokémon Violet game.

Open the X menu.
Select Poké Portal.
Select Battle Stadium.
Select Ranked Battles.
